I’m so delighted today to be part of the official launch celebrations for the Romantic Fiction Book Club. If you haven’t found it yet, over on Facebook (and where have you been?!), its aim is to create a warm and cosy place for members to engage with readers, bloggers and authors of romantic fiction.
It’s a group supported by the Romantic Novelists’ Association – and after the honour of being awarded their Media Star award for 2019, you’ll already know how much I love that organisation, and the wonderful range of novels written by their members. Membership of the Facebook group is open to all authors of novels with a romantic element, as well as readers (and bloggers) who love romantic fiction. A small-scale trial has been underway since before Christmas, and proved to be a great success – and the full launch was on 14th February as part of the official #RNA60 celebrations.
And what better way to start off than with a competition. This will be run in conjunction with the publisher 0ne More Chapter and will be open to all members of the group. 0MC have donated a first prize of 60 (yes, 60!!!) romantic novels. There will also be 60 runners up prizes – one book from a selection of 60 RNA authors, to tie in with the RNA celebration of 60 years as an organisation.
The competition runs until 29th February: with a total of 61 prizes up for grabs, entrants have great odds of winning something. Extra entries can be claimed by subscribing to RNA and 0MC social media channels. And you’ll find the link to the competition HERE – best of luck!
Goodness, I’ve reviewed SO many of those books here on Being Anne – and spotted so many others I’d like to add to my reading list!

Yes, Anne – the group is open to all! I’m not an RNA member either, although I had thought of taking out associate membership – but that would have made me ineligible to be a reader for the awards, and that’s something I always particularly enjoy…
