My apologies for not having posted for a while – in the run-up to Christmas, life has just taken over a little. I’ve read some wonderful books though, and I can’t wait to tell you about them.
First there was The Emergence of Judy Taylor by Angela Jackson, which I really loved – I have an unread copy to give away and an excellent interview with the author to post, so do keep watching.
Then there was the new Emma Donoghue book, Frog Music – very different, and I’ll be giving away my uncorrected proof copy when I review it.
And I have a lot of other reviews to catch up on too:
The Orphan Choir by Sophie Hannah
The Chocolate Money by Ashley Prentice Norton
The Other Typist by Suzanne Rindell
Under A Silent Moon by Elizabeth Haynes
The Midnight Rose by Lucinda Riley
I’m back on the Christmas reads at the moment – just finished the excellent Holly’s Christmas Kiss by Alison May, and about to start Christmas at the Cupcake Cafe by Jenny Colgan.
I just wanted to wish you all a lovely Christmas, and I’ll resume normal service by the New Year – promise!
Merry Christmas to you Anne. Enjoy your break 🙂
Happy Christmas Anne. Hope you and yours are keeping well. Txx
Wishing you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year Anne 🙂
